All Business Owners agree to release, relieve, discharge, indemnify, defend and hold harmless, Pushing Through, Inc. along with the Venue that we are using from all claims, losses, suits, damages, judgements, expenses, costs and charges of any kind, including without limitation, court costs, and attorney's fees, resulting from its occupancy of the space herein under this contract by reason of personal injuries, loss of life or property damages. And to release the above organizers from any loss, theft, vandalism and/or fire during any event as well as lack of sales.

*All Business Owners are required to share the event on all of their social media platforms, with all of their followers, friends, and families.*
